3D-R practice founded in Banbury, Oxfordshire. The company was established to add some finesse to the architecture world. We at 3D-R utilise the latest technology in architecture using Building Information Modelling (BIM) which is an intelligent 3D model-based process that gives architecture, engineering, and construction professionals the insight and tools to more efficiently plan, design, construct, and manage buildings and infrastructure and combine it with 3D authoring software allows us to bring 2D plans into the 21st century.
All architectural drawings are produced from a 3D model that is produced from a measured laser survey. A 3D model and Renders are produced for the client to explore in more detail before plans are submitted to the local authority for approval.
Our staff are fully qualifified in Architectural Technology and Building Services Engineering and have the experience in commercial / residential projects
